REQUIREMENTS - LAKE, RAVINE and TOP of BANK LOTS

Properties adjacent to Stormwater Management Lakes, ravines, or top of banks that have a right-of-way, easement, or restrictive covenant registered, require to display the locations and elevations of all features to be constructed in the Lot Grading Certificate before requesting for inspection or re-inspection. Examples of the features are: deck, fire pit, pond, path, bridge, retaining wall, building, raised garden, unusual grade alteration, and etc.

Drainage Services uses the feature information provided to evaluate the impact on surface drainage and water storage.

The pamphlet provides more information about additional requirements and restrictions for this specific type of lot.
