Gradex Consulting Ltd. works as closely as we can with the City of Edmonton to expedite the approval process for rough and final grade.  We re-stake and inspect all our lots before sending them into the City of Edmonton for inspection to try and repair any grading deficiency that may occur before the City of Edmonton does their visual grading inspection of the lot.

The City of Edmonton inspectors follow set guidelines under the Surface Drainage Bylaw.
