Gradex Consulting Ltd. provides services such as residential lot grading, grade-staking, landscaping and window wells.  Each task is an integral part of the rough and final grade approval process.

Gradex Consulting Ltd. will control the process from start to finish. 

How we do this...

• When the house is ready for grading, the builder contacts us.  Our crews are sent out to layout grade-stakes in preparation for the lot grading.

• We then coordinate the bobcats to go out and grade the lot.

• Once the lot grading is completed, our field crews inspect the grades and an as built certificate from the appropriate surveyor will be issued to the builder and the proper authorities for approval.

• Our service will continue with the grading process until the builder receives their rough grade approval.
