Gradex Consulting Ltd. was given the opportunity to make a property habitable by its residents once again. This area had become so overgrown with weeds and standing water that the residents couldn't enjoy their time outside.

These images show the progression from an area overcome by weeds to one in which the children love to play. Gradex crews spent countless hours removing the weed growth, removing the garbage that had collected amongst the weeds, re-grading the area, providing proper drainage to repair the standing water issue and landscaping with sod, trees and decorative rock; providing the residents of this community with an outdoor space they can enjoy.
