Place and Finish of top soil to meet final grade elevations.
Installation of professional landscape edging in shrub bed.
Supply and planting of six shrubs (2 gal.) in modified, fertilized soil.
Supply and planting of one 2-inch caliper deciduous tree or one 6’ coniferous tree in modified, fertilized soil.
Installation of sod.
Bobcat and Laborers to complete Landscape work.
